Pick-up points operations supervisor

Responsibilities:

• PUDO (Pick Up and Drop Off) agent operational management: operational and educational support for agent CP's in zone of responsibility
• Operational analysis in zone of responsibility
• SLA control of agent CP's in zone of responsibility
• BD managers support by request
• Operational effectiveness control
• Violation control notifications and agent feedback
• Training quality and support control

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of managers role
• Project management experience

• High Excel skill

• Flexible mind set, good communication skill

• English speaking mandatory
