Operations Project Manager for "Coliseum" (Cyber Hub in Bali)
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in launching projects from scratch:

Proven experience in creating and launching projects from the ground up, similar to startup work.

The candidate should not only have managed an established business but also have initiated and developed new projects.

Advanced event management skills:

Ability to effectively organize and conduct regular events (monthly) to attract an audience and grow the club.

High level of efficiency and well-developed skills in this area.

Systematic and structured approach:

Ability to take responsibility and systematically organize workflows.

Strong understanding of the importance of process standardization, planning, procedures, and documentation.

Deep knowledge of monetization and business development, with the ability to create and implement effective strategies.

Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

E-sports/Cybersport
-
HoReCa
-

Fluency in English and Russian
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing team to jointly manage the project (this is not a CEO position).

Oversee daily operations, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Lead monthly events and activities to foster community engagement and drive customer growth.

Develop and implement process documentation, procedures, and schedules for optimal workflow.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project objectives are met.

Drive monetization strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.

Ensure all operations align with business goals and maintain brand integrity.
