Senior Analyst (Diasoft)

Senior Diasoft Analyst will be part of a diverse and dynamic team who should drive analysis for Diasoft Core Banking System. Diasoft Analyst will work with large variety of users and counterparts from business, operations, functions teams, development and testing teams including our Core Banking System provider Diasoft.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business requirements for Diasoft Core Banking System to ensure compliance with product and operational needs
• Business process and data modeling AS IS/TO BE
• Preparation of business and functional requirements documents
• Provide requirements for system parametrization to support changes in banking products and operational processes
• Interact with business users, operational and functional teams
• Interact with Diasoft development teams to ensure efficient implementation of business requirements
• Requirements management, prioritize and classify business and technical requirements to ensure high-quality delivery to business

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Diasoft Core Banking System platform
• Sound knowledge of banking products, understanding of banks operational processes
• Understanding of SDLC stages and peculiarities from analysis and requirements management perspective
• Advanced skills in business analysis methodologies and tools (Business Process Modeling, Use Case Diagrams, Data model and Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Sequence etc)
• Understanding of integration aspects and dependencies

• Demonstrate composed analytical skills to resolve issues in high pressure situations
• Ability to judge and decide between system development requirements and potential workarounds
• Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient interaction between numerous stakeholders

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Diasoft CBS in financial organizations
