Job Description:
• HR documents updating and actualization according to local law and business needs;
• Development and optimization of HR administration processes, monitoring their execution (hiring, dismissals, transfers, vacations, business trips, etc.);
• Maintaining staff lists, timesheets, vacation schedule;
• Methodological support to the HR departments in all Business units;
* HR document flow;
* Policies updating, Org.structure changing, other projects
Job Requirement:
• Higher education;
• Work experience in HR admin at least 3 years (in an international company, with a distributed offices network with a staff not less than 300 employees - will be prefferable)
• Knowledge of the Labor legislation of the Russian Federation
• Expertise with various working schedules, summarized working time;
• Ability to works in 1C ZUP 8.3;
