Deputy Chief Accountant

Our client - international logistics company - is searching for Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

• To take responsibility of 1C Entry Review and statutory report;
• Ensure the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and financial reporting package timely & accurately;
• Review reconciliation of accounting records with operation data and organize corrective measures if necessary;
• To take lead in financial related projects to meet the requirement of reporting and business needs, such as merger and acquisition,etc;
• To coordinate with local and global functions for any local accounting issues if needed.
• Be responsible for the monthly tax reporting, planning, analysis, dealing with tax bureau and goverment meeting or inspection;
• Implement & monitor the internal control process, identify tax influence and provide solution;
• Be responsible for internal/external audit;
• Ensure compliance of financial policies and approval level on all types of spending and expenses;
• Budgeting: Leads and manages the annual budget process by preparing and presenting the budgets through proactive collaboration with the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy with relevant background and experienced in managing a team;
• 5+ years working experience in relevant industries or bigfour accounting firm at least Senior level, US listed company exposure would be a plus;
• Detailed knowledge of reporting requirements, local tax laws, foreign exchange and related issues.;
• Excellent Excel, PPT, and Word skills, has to very familiar with 1C，Oracle experience would be a plus;
• Good command of English and Russian, reading, writing and speaking;
• Chinese language skill would be a Plus;
