Обязанности:
- Implementation of applicable local legislation, authorizations, permits, and licenses needed for business
- Ensuring distribution of active pharma substances (API) and excipients with regard to GDP requirements and local pharma regulation: elaboration and implementation of local SOPs, control of outsourced activities, maintaining the current license for storage and transportation of API or applying for a new one in case of need
- Responsible for local QMS (ISO 9001) certification, monitoring and continuous improvement together with the corporate SHEQ manager
- Ensuring compliance of food products certification (TR TC 021&029)
- Lead and ensure compliance with new Regulation on safety of chemical products (TR TC 041): SDS, labelling, registration of all substances in Minpromtorg register
- Investigation on customers' complaints and/or quality issues, and ad-hoc SHEQ related questions from customers, filling out customers’ questionnaires and specifications.
- Follow up of SHEQ aspects of the subcontracted parties (warehouses, transport companies etc.).
- Ensure full support on SHEQ issues for business. Creation and management of procedures, processes and records based on local requirements linked to new business opportunities.
- Review and approval of quality agreements with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers
- Efficient and correct organization of external (customers, suppliers, authorities) and internal audits
- Be aware of up-to-date SHEQ (safety, health, environment & quality) legislation and how it affects the business, recommend and implement the best approach
Требования:
- University degree in pharmacy, chemistry or biochemistry
- 1-3 years of experience in Pharma industry as a responsible for quality is a must
- Good knowledge of GDP requirements
- Skills in food certification and knowledge of food legislation (labelling, veterinary & phyto requirements) will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical & administrative skills with high degree of attention to detail
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
