Our company is growing, and we’re excited to expand our team by bringing on another A-player! We’re looking for a talented and motivated Remote Supplier Manager to join us.
The Supplier Manager will manage sourcing, procurement, and quality control for raw materials and operational equipment, ensuring our warehouse maintains top-quality standards and cost efficiency. This role involves evaluating and onboarding suppliers, overseeing purchase orders, and ensuring inventory aligns with our high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing & Selection: Identify and vet suppliers of materials, containers, and equipment internationally, ensuring alignment with quality and budget requirements.

Procurement & Negotiations: Develop procurement plans, negotiate optimal pricing and payment terms, and minimize prepayment requirements.

Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to maintain low defect rates and uphold quality standards.

Order Management: Manage the complete order cycle, including documentation and timely delivery tracking.

Data Management and Reporting: Regularly update and maintain supplier databases and performance reports.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement or supply chain management (industries - nutrition, health and beauty, supplements etc.)

Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, English C1+ (Chinese language is an asset).

Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive problem-solver

Experience with US market is a plus

Experience with supplies of machines is a plus (food machines, powder machines etc.) is a plus
