Key responsibilities:
- E2E Manage & Execute key Marketing cross-category transformation initiatives ( like Portfolio Optimization)
- Support the development of the snacks & beverages Portfolio, Pep+ & TCP strategy, ensures its integration with the enterprise strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans
- Act as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create new marketing capabilities
Requirements
- Higher education
- recent 6y + Experience in Marketing / Consulting/ Finance
- Ability to manage a deeply cross-functional program : collaboration, change management, program management
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build relationship with various stakeholders
- Fluent English
