Job Summary:
To deliver the Company product benefits and professional knowledge in Russia and CIS countries and influence positively the prescribing habits of practitioners by elevating professional image and profile of the Company throughout the optical industry. To be highly visible as the Company’s clinical front person on the market
Essential Functions:

Deliver various professional events (seminars, conferences, round-tables, face to face eye care practitioners' trainings) based on professional activities plan

Adopt, design, write and deliver global marketing programs and presentations to deliver the product benefits amongst customers and sales team
- Build and develop relationships with key professional (opmetrists/ophthalmologists) opinion leaders in Russia and CIS/
- Provide training programs and consulting support for sales team
- Deliver the professional messages/argumentations (based on studies, experiences…) to sales team
- Design, write and deliver educational and CET presentations and programs to develop the clinical knowledge of the Company products amongst customers and sales team
- Write & publish professional articles and peer review papers, on the clinical and commercial aspects of contact lenses, and the requirements within a practice to maximize the contact lens market opportunity
- Advise team on any issues that can impact the performance of the business, incl. positioning vs competitors
- Collect and share information about competitors' products for internal use
- Provide clinical input into professional relations, product launches and sales materials
Requirements:
- Written, spoken English – from upper-intermediate level
- Optometry degree, knowledge and experience
- Contact lenses knowledge and experience
- Strong personal presence and communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers individual requirements for support and training
- Highly pro-active and able to work successfully alone as well as within a team to pre-determined objectives
- Travel ability (inside and outside Russia) – at least 2 weeks in a month
- Strong networking skills
- Strong under pressure
Experience:
- Previous experience in a CL manufacturer or optical retailer
- Clinical experience within both independent and national retail chains
- Competent designer and deliverer of training programs for multi-level audiences
- Demonstrable ability to network and capitalize on opportunities
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
What we are offering:
Office location - Moscow
150 000 rur gross, annual bonus 15%, car allowance 40 000 rur gross
