Job Responsibilities:
1. Service quality work in the Uzbek market: complete unannounced visits to BYD stores in Central Asia. Complete the collection of photos and video materials during the unannounced visits, output service quality reports, and put forward suggestions for improving service quality.
2. Support for after-sales quality issues in the Uzbek market: collaborate with the after-sales department to collect information on after-sales quality issues in Central Asian stores, coordinate the R&D department of BYD China to analyze problems, collect measures and follow up on the implementation of measures. If necessary, go to the site with the after-sales department to analyze problems.
Job requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Language: fluent in English and Russian. Candidates who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
3. Driving license: Hold a Class B driving license.
4. Business trips: Can accept the business trips, with a single business trip period of about 7-15 days and a frequency of once a month.
5. Tools: Proficient in using various Office software. Those with auto repair experience, automotive after-sales work experience, and quality work experience will be given priority.
