You will be responsible for sales order cycle processing. We ready to see onboard a result-oriented and pro-active professional.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the whole sales order cycle: placing orders in SAP, issuing Invoices and PIs, allocating goods in excel tables, creating DNs, PGI and Billing, providing TTN and picking list to the warehouse, sending out Notification with the picking list to the customer, controlling orders pick up;
- Placing stock and BTB orders in SAP, cooperate with HQ;
- Answering customers' daily requests and provide professional and accurate feedback;
- Payment control on the daily basis;
- Informing sales representatives/customers regarding units availability, checking ISTO report for approximate arrival date;
- Tracking orders status and informing customers (dealers) about status changes (if required);
- Monitoring inbound invoices status on the daily basis;
- Cooperating with all related departments;
- Updating manual and SAP reports, providing on request;
- Optimizing the processes and putting forward suggestions accordingly;
- Participating in meetings, projects and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, at least 2 years of working experiences in clients & customer service support, administration or analytics
- Good command of spoken and written English (Intermediate level)
- Excel and SAP knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ready to multitask
- Good information collecting and analysis capabilities
