Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Traffic Manager to join our dynamic paid media team, under the leadership of our Head of Paid Media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of campaigns, from setup to analysis, working closely with other team members to achieve client objectives and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring they meet the client’s goals and budget requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies and tactics to improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Paid Media and other team members to develop and implement campaign strategies that align with overall client objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the campaign management lifecycle.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest in digital advertising techniques and technologies.
You are a good fit if you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with a keen ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in a collaborative agency environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems to improve campaign performance.
