Head of Audit Reporting

TGR Partners, an innovative financial concierge with headquarters in London and offices worldwide, is looking for a Head of Audit Reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience working in international companies or corporate groups:

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations for collecting, preparing, and providing data to audit firms
• Ensuring smooth department operations
• Accounting and financial reporting of companies
• Working with accountants/auditors of companies
• Monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting of companies
• Oversight of bank statement entries in 1C software; including generating invoices for companies upon requests from the RM department
• Providing a package of documents to auditors on a monthly basis
• Analyzing the financial condition of project companies on a monthly basis
• VAT checking and reporting, analyzing and forecasting tax payments
• Internal corporate work and reporting
• Participation in preparing financial databases and improving the system

Requirements:

• Higher education in accounting/economics/finance;
• Experience as a chief (senior) accountant/Senior finance specialist for at least 3 years;
• Experience working in international companies is mandatory;
• Good understanding of accounting systems in different jurisdictions;
• English proficiency level C1 or higher is mandatory;
• Experience with Bitrix 24 is desirable;
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and 1C;
• Proficient in computer use, office, and specialized software (electronic document management systems).
• A hybrid work schedule -work from the office three days a week.
