Responsibilities:

  • Check invoices from suppliers for compliance with price lists and approve their payment;
  • Assist in generating financial and management reports;
  • Prepare the email drafts for our suppliers and partners;
  • Analyze and control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
  • Track balance sheet payment due dates for clients and send them reminders;
  • Work with the Excel files and large amount of data;
  • Form, check, analyze and control the implementation of projects and budgets of the company, carry out a plan/fact analysis and presentations;
  • Assist with different accounting tasks and projects.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Work experience: up to 2-3 years or internship;
  • Higher education in finance/economics, or a senior student;
  • English language proficiency of B2 or higher;
  • Proficiency in Excel and its tools;
  • Experience in processing large amounts of data, knowledge of data analysis tools;
  • The whole work process in the company is based on the English language, therefore we will consider resumes in English only;
  • Possibility of receiving the compensation in EUR/USD from abroad.
