The Company is looking for Technical Superintendent
Duties:

Ensure the vessel is operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner, in full compliance with local and international laws and regulations and with Organization and Client standards and rules;

Vessel condition monitoring;

Review the planned maintenance situation and the unscheduled jobs status (including condition of Class and outstanding), determine reasons for any overdue maintenance and rectify situation, monitor on board inventories (non-compliant minimum stocks) and make sure necessary spares for maintenance are present on board;

Regular vessels' visits during which the vessel technical condition, the status of maintenance and the compliance with company's standards are examined and recorded formally;

Forecast long term vessel needs and based on this defines Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) budget for submission to management;

Assist the vessels every time it is needed and more especially: organize and coordinate external technical services intervention; manage and lead technical response for UPMP and PMP; organize emergency shipments when needed and solve supply issues; manage the priorities in terms of maintenance and purchasing.
Requirements:
- Work experience as superintendent in shipping company - a must;
- English - Upper-Intermediate;
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel;
- Good budgeting skills;
- Readiness for business trips.
