Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product portfolio for eCommerce and Hard Discounters;
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize the assortment to meet channel-specific needs;
  • Lead the development and launch of new products tailored for eCommerce and Hard Discounter channels;
  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to bring innovations to market;
  • Design and implement channel-specific pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness;
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, including sales, market share, and ROI;
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize channel strategies;
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure flawless execution of strategies;
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to meet channel goals and drive efficiency in implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand or category (channel) management, preferably within FMCG;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven track record of managing product portfolios and leading NPDs;
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
