Responsibilities

· Work with current portfolio of partners and search for new partners

. Execution of sales plans through account management of the airline's travel industry partners

. Identify business opportunities with the airline's travel industry partners

. Find the optimal way to increase sales, deliver new services and products to the market

· Initiate and execute marketing activities to drive airline’s revenue and brand awareness

· Participate in sales events: meetings, presentations, business breakfasts, workshops, exhibitions, webinars

· Work on improvement suggestions of internal business processes in the company

· Conduct analysis and provide actual information about the market

· Work with various internal stakeholders to deliver best possible results

Regular Activities

· Make regular sales meetings with agents, corporate clients, tourism boards and other companies

· Keep up to date the market on latest airline fares, product schedule and network information

· Prepare account plans and increase sales with partners

· Build relationship with agencies and ensure they are up to date on latest promotions and product updates

· Initiate and participate in joint marketing campaigns with agencies

· Maintain and increase corporate brand awareness on the market

· Prepare sales reports in CRM

· Analyze performance of accounts to adjust solution as needed

· Pro-actively identify Group sales opportunities

· Stay up-to date on local events, disruption, holidays, competitor's actions

· Represent airline in trade show, fairs, webinars and industry events

· Be well prepared for regular sales meetings

· Analysis of the market and competitors

Requirements

· Have an experience in the Aviation or tourism industry (airport, avia agencies, hotels, corporate companies) is a plus (but not a must)

· A strong team player, capable of seeing and understanding the bigger picture and actively contributing to the result

· Effective communication and negotiation skills

. Good knowledge of English, speaking and writing.
