Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers;
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, specifically Hunt Flow;
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end;
  • Deploy job-appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques;
  • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts/agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs;
  • Consolidate candidate feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process;
  • Negotiate offers with candidates;
  • Ensure education and training for hiring managers;
  • Prepare recruitment statistics and analytical reports;
  • Participate in digitalization of recruitment processes, ensuring the use of the latest tools and techniques to streamline the recruitment process;
  • Support document workflow with vendors, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly processed and stored;
  • Participation in various HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition;
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques;
  • English language – upper-intermediate;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required;
  • Attention to details and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information;
  • Ability to work within a team approach.
