Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers;
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, specifically Hunt Flow;
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end;
- Deploy job-appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques;
- Initiate and maintain a network of contacts/agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs;
- Consolidate candidate feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process;
- Negotiate offers with candidates;
- Ensure education and training for hiring managers;
- Prepare recruitment statistics and analytical reports;
- Participate in digitalization of recruitment processes, ensuring the use of the latest tools and techniques to streamline the recruitment process;
- Support document workflow with vendors, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly processed and stored;
- Participation in various HR projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition;
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques;
- English language – upper-intermediate;
- Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required;
- Attention to details and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information;
- Ability to work within a team approach.
