Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to handle all financial and organizational tasks for our family and its diverse business ventures, including a remote staffing agency and multiple real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, financial management, and a working understanding of real estate operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate records across various businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
Record, organize, and manage financial transactions for multiple businesses.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payroll processing.
PrepTrack income, expenses, and ensure accurate categorization.
are reports for tax filing and liaise with accountants as needed.
Real Estate Financial Management:
Maintain financial records for real estate properties, including rent collection, expenses, and tax payments.
Monitor and track property-related financial data, such as lease agreements and maintenance costs.
Assist with preparing budgets and cash flow analyses for real estate ventures.
Organizational and Reporting Tasks:
Maintain and update spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Coordinate with business managers, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
Qualifications:
EGLISH LEVEL AT LEAST B2
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper managing financial records for businesses.
Knowledge of real estate operations and property management finances is required.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple businesses and financial accounts simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A background in managing financials for a staffing agency or similar business is a plus.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours but requires availability to meet deadlines consistently.
