Safilo Russia is looking for a specialist to coordinate Customer Service activities within Sales Operations Department. The role is covering the manual work related to daily customer service operations and sales support, as well as participation in sales automation projects of the company.

Job responsibilities:

  • Directly manage order processing for goods and spare parts in 1C
  • Coordinate the orderbook with Sales team
  • Analyze goods availability and provide this information to Sales team
  • Maintain customer master-data in 1C and update it in order-taking tools
  • Prepare daily stock reports and share them with Sales team
  • Participate in sales automation projects development and execution
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting tasks
  • Support Sales Operations manager upon request

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer service or sales support function
  • Good English knowledge both verbal and written, minimum at higher intermediate level
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience in 1C operations
  • University degree (management, statistics, financial are a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Real focus on and attention to details
  • Be ready to work with big amount of information
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently, actively taking part in company operations and being fully responsible for owned processes
