Credit&AR specialist

Responsibilities:

INSURANCE PART

• Setting all limits in SCES, checking correctness of amounts, dates (several times per month)
• Signing addendums with limits updated (several times per month)
• Preparing declarations (every month)
• Requesting new limits (several times per month)
• Updating financial information and Sales plan for insurance companies by each customer to keep limit (every month)
• Contracts prolongation (every year)
• Monthly closing, insurance reserves (every month)

CREDIT PART

• Managing credit all customers
• Managing overdue on daily basis
• Managing credit limit on daily basis
• Managing Insurance limit (collecting financial documents from customers)

Requirements:

• Experience in trade insurance not less than 1 year (was warking in trade insurance company or was communicating with trade insurance company)
• Communication experience with major trade insurance companies as Atradius, Ingosstrah, Soglasie, Hermes, ACE etc. (not all of them, could be some of them)
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays if 1,2,3 are weekends and holidays (mandatory!)
• Good knowledge of basic Word and Excel
• Good understanding of insurance process in trade company
• SAP system knowledge
• Experience in trade insurance contract signing
• Experience in preparation of trade insurance declaration
• Excellent communication skills.
