Large european company is looking for Policy manager
Main Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of a strategy for integration advanced principles of health care organization based on value-based and patient-centered principles and data-driven decision-making

Creation and implementation of initiatives to develop the patient journey using new therapeutic and other healthcare technologies, including the creation of new formats for the provision of medical care (decentralized care etc.)

Realization of care transformation projects and relevant cross-functional projects to facilitate and support the implementation of the care transformation strategy

Adaptation of global and international initiatives and priorities to the capabilities of the Russian healthcare system

Cross-functional interaction with business teams and other functions of the company to form a common strategy and coordinate tasks for its implementation

Facilitation of the building and maintenance of trusting relationships with industry representatives, key experts, government partners and government officials

Development and implementation of a GR strategy to promote and release initiatives of healthcare process transformation, including stakeholders mapping, key messages formulation, negotiations and communications with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Higher education – Medicine/Biology/Pharmacy/Economics/Innovation
- Professional experience in health policy management / healthcare organization and management for at least 3 years and healthcare economy / healthcare consulting
- Professional experience in policies and relations with government authorities and strategic planning / management consulting
- Expertise in healthcare system work organizing, financing and payment for medical care, decision-making in the healthcare system, local and international best practices and tools for care management principles
- English language on business advanced level (not less than B2 level)
- Knowledge of flexible project management methodology Agile and design thinking principles
