Now we are looking for a Product Design Specialist for the Service Delivery Code team. Our team is a division of Hemmersbach, contributing to drive companies’ strong growth through the development and optimization of the internal application, adapted to our processes. As the SDC Team, we are responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of the SDC Platform, which is designed to provide a solution for project processes for all Hemmersbach colleagues on a global scale, being the central component in the company for controlling the quality of our business procedures execution. As a Product Design Specialist, you will translate business requirements into design and create a user-centric and user-friendly interface.
Your Tasks
- Collaborate with the Product Design team to produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with the project's objectives;

Establish and assure the information architecture to provide an excellent user experience;

Conduct research and analyse user feedback to improve the design and user experience of the web application;

Contribute and co-develop the Design System;

Work with Business Process specialists and developers to implement design the best possible way;

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the design.
Our Requirements
- 3+ years of experience (or equivalent) in a UX/UI design or Product design role with a focus on web application design proved by portfolio;
- B2 or higher level of English language;
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Miro, Jira;

Ownership for big and complex parts of application development;
- Good level of analytical skills.
Will be a plus: readiness to spend a few days a week in our office in Saint-Petersburg.
