We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UI/UX design and proven project management experience. Responsibilities:
- Lead design development for apps, ensuring a holistic user experience across allplatforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify and implement innovative design solutions.
- Create electronic schematics, prototypes and high fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, including emerging technologies in Web3 and cryptocurrencies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
- At least 2-3 years of design leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
- Experience with Web3, Web2, cryptocurrency wallets and neo-banking applications. Traditional banking experience is not applicable.
- Ability to create clear and user-friendly interfaces, especially for Web3 trading platforms.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
