As we grow, we also expand our People Team, and are looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us find the best talent in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other departments.

Requirements:
- Several months to 1,5 years of experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter/Tech Recruiter
- Experience with Russian talent market
- Fluent English (B2 - C1) and native speaker Russian
What you'll be working on:

Support the recruitment process in collaboration while supervised by other team members

Prepare and conduct the market mapping section of recruitment projects or sourcing for vacancies

Communicate with candidates (agreeing on interviews, sharing information with candidates, giving feedback)

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates

Assist in creating and posting job advertisements in ATS or job boards

Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment databases
