Your missions will be the following:
● Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms, including
Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
● Perform keyword research and segmentation to meet campaign goals effectively.
● Create high-quality, relevant ad creatives tailored to target audiences.
● Analyze and monitor campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
and improve ROI.
● Generate detailed reports in Excel, providing actionable insights and evaluating
campaign performance.
● Conduct regular audits of client Google Ads accounts and deliver recommendations for
improvement.
● Participate in client meetings, presenting campaign results and optimization plans.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives.
● Ensure target KPIs are met and campaign performance aligns with client expectations.
● Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
● At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a solid
understanding of key principles, including keyword selection and ad creation.
● Hands-on experience with campaign optimization and performance analysis.
● Proficiency in Excel for creating reports, data analysis, and performance tracking.
● B2+ level of English with strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with
clients and present insights clearly.
● A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for achieving results and solving
problems.
Nice to have:
● Familiarity with additional Google Ads formats and advanced features.
● Understanding of broader digital marketing strategies and their integration with Google
Ads campaigns.
● Experience in working with clients from fintech, gaming, wellness, and other industries.
● Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) will be an advantage.
