We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team in a key position — Logistics Director.

Responsibilities as the Logistics Director:
- Developing warehouse and transport logistics across Russia and the CIS, including organizing product deliveries to DIY chains, major retail networks, marketplaces, and customers of our e-commerce store;
- Building and optimizing the distribution center system: managing in-house warehouses and coordinating operations with 3PL providers;
- Managing transport logistics: liaising with transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods;
- Optimizing logistics operations with a focus on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing delivery service quality;
- Implementing and supporting best practices in warehouse and transport management, as well as developing strategies to reduce logistics costs.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in logistics within large Russian or international companies (we also welcome candidates currently in deputy leadership positions);
- Successful track record in collaborating with major retail and network players;
- Experience with marketplaces or e-commerce operations is preferred;
- Proficiency in spoken English for effective communication in an international environment;
- Results-oriented mindset, readiness to tackle complex challenges, and a positive, proactive attitude.
