Financial manager

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation and consolidation of corporate reporting, forecasts, budgets, compliance with fixed deadlines;

• Audit and control of postings and documents in ERP, accuracy of analytical dimensions;

• Development of procedures, templates for the preparation and consolidation of corporate reporting, budgets in order to optimize business processes;

• Financial analysis, verification of deviations from the budget and last years;

• Detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and control of purchase prices. Analysis of the cost structure, cost optimization;

• Since the expansion of the corporate reporting group - distribution of functions and control of group's work.

Main requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in financial and management reports (P&L, CF, BS) preparation. Understanding management accounting principles, analytical dimensions: cost centers, cost items, products, etc.

• Practical experience with Russian accounting standards and IFRS, control of changes and initiation of updates;

• Experience in controlling and analyzing operating costs;

• Mandatory knowledge of 1C, ERP / Corp. is preferable;

• English level form Upper- intermediate;

• High technical skills, advanced MS Excel, working with significant database, high speed of perception and processing of data;

• Quick learner;

• Participation in the implementation of ERP systems is an advantage;

• Good communication skills.
