Vice President (Investment Banking)

We are an independent investment company providing a full range of investment banking services (ECM/DCM/M&A). Following the growth of our business, we are looking for a Vice President to join our IB team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the structuring and execution of DCM, ECM, and M&A deals;
• Lead assigned workstreams and act as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis;
• Provide advisory services to clients on investment banking transactions;
• Analyze the investment attractiveness of companies;
• Offer rating advisory services;
• Prepare marketing materials and financial models;
• Engage in various other projects within the Investment Banking Department.

Our Expectations:

• A degree in Economics or Mathematics;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IB, Big 4, or Private Equity;
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• Excellent knowledge of corporate finance;
• Candidates with a CFA designation will be given preference.
