General Manager (Lotte 5 Hotel*)

DESO Resort Management Company are waiting for General Manager to open a new 5* branded hotel- Lotte!

Responsibilities:

• The launch of the hotel (pre- opening, opening, grand opening), interaction and control of the maintenance service, equipment of the room stock in accordance with approved standards;
• Creating a senior management team, setting tasks and monitoring implementation;
• Development and approval of an effective sales strategy;
• Management of commercial and financial component of the hotel;
• Provision of reports about the hotel activities to the owner and regional representatives of the hotel operator;
• Formation of a pricing policy for hotel services;
• Ensuring compliance with legislation: interaction with regulatory and auditing authorities, control, maintenance and preparation of accounting documentation;
• Development and implementation of 5* hotel standards.

Requirements:

• Work experience of at least 5 years as a general manager, including 3 years at least in international chain (5* hotels);
• Experience in launching hotel facilities (pre-opening, soft-opening, grand opening);
• Knowledge of regulations, instructions and other guidance materials and regulatory documents related to the financial organization of the hotel;
• Knowledge of strategic marketing and financial management basics;
• Developed management skills and experience with budgets;
• Experience with work organization of all hotel services;
• Confident user of a software product in the field of a hotel and restaurant products and computer equipment, communication and communication tools;
• Fluent English;
• High performance, even in limited time conditions;
• Commitment and punctuality in the execution of assignments and functions;
• Attentiveness;
• Positive attitude.
