Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting and ensure high engagement rates.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and tools for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and audience analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative skills for crafting engaging ad content (visual design is a bonus).
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Uzbek or Russian is a plus).
