Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and executives
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clear communication on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team/management
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company revenue goal
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage and take responsibility for other business-related tasks.
We are a match if you have...
- Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years of affiliate marketing industry experience.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with a proven track record of developing relationships with publishers.
- Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid start-up environment.
- Experience in creating new processes and operational flows for a large global team.
- Professional working proficiency in Chinese language a plus
