We're looking for an experienced leader to own, drive and help build a Web3 Product
You need to really understand
- Idea to UX flow // very important to see how you work with UX designer
- Commercial fundamentals of product (Less pressure here // we have others on the team)
We're happy to upskill people without Web3 experience, but you'll need to learn quickly

We're a trading firm that also does some venture studio investing. The studio side needs a great product team to help define the commercial requirements, get customer and market feedback as well as come up with creative ideas.
That means understanding technical features and how they may map to a UX
UX is king/queen
Sometimes getting your hands dirty and testing the implementation to ensure that it matches UX and expectations (not just being a manager or relying on testing team)

Some hands on text discussion going over a current product and the challenges
We are unconventional about hiring. 95% of the process will be text based. We need people who are great at writing out their ideas. This is a remote team and we rarely "jump on calls"
