✅ What You'll Do:
- Prepare, submit, track, and ensure the resolution of documents, complaints, rebuttals, and claims to protect the company’s reputation and interests.
- Safeguard the uniqueness of company content and accounts by addressing unauthorized use and working with media platforms, outlets, and user verification.
- Protect the company against defamation and insults, managing legal aspects of reputation defense.
- Oversee copyright and intellectual property protection in the digital space.
- Act as a liaison between the company and intellectual property owners or platform representatives.
- Advise teams on legal matters related to content and reputation protection.
- Monitor and analyze legislative changes and platform policy updates related to defamation, copyright, and unauthorized content use.
❔❓ Who You Are :
- Strong knowledge of laws related to reputation protection, online copyright, and media platforms.
- Experience with complaints, claims, and intellectual property rights protection.
- Familiarity with the legal nuances of IT, blockchain, and media industries.
- Proven expertise in international law with a solid understanding of differences between Russian, U.S., and European legal systems.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to solving legal challenges.
