Planner

Обязанности:

• The Planner plays a critical role in coordinating project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities across various projects.
• As a Project Planner, you will work assist the Project Managers, and Project Control department in the following activities:
• Schedule Monitoring and Management:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets in collaboration with the project teams and stakeholders;
• Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements, constrains, and risks to optimize project sequencing and resource allocation;
• Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and budgets, identify deviations and implement corrective actions if needed; Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, resource allocation plans, and scheduling updates;
• Use project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Spider) to manage project schedules, milestone and resources effectively (at Level 4/5 detail); • Prepare ad hoc reporting based on management requests; Collaboration and Communication:
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering and construction services to ensure timely delivery of the resources needed for project execution;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding scheduling status, issues and recommendations.

Требования:

• Bachelor or Master Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Construction Management or related fields;
• Proven past experience of minimum 3 years as a Project Planner, or similar role in the construction or engineering industry (multifunctional complexes with complex technological solutions will be considered as a plus);
• Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and best practices;
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Spider or similar tools;
• Excellent analytical and problem-setting/solving skills;
• Attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of construction and design processes and regulations;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of the English language.
