We are looking for Marketing Manager, who is passionate about food and beverages and looking for the chance to develop marketing skills across busy and fast-paced environment.
Our Marketing, in close collaboration with commercial and technical teams, helps food and beverage manufacturers to develop products consumers will love.
Working alongside the wider team, you will support the Tastepoint Russia strategy targeting new prospects, improve understanding of market trends and consumer drivers.

Summary of main tasks and responsibilities:
- contribute pro-active and reactive customer projects in a way that significantly increases the chances of generating winning business opportunities and improves external positive image of Tastepoint Russia
- create impactful internal and external communication (copywriting, presentations, movie creation) to improve positive image of Tastepoint Russia and build healthy pipeline of projects
- be proactive in development of promotional materials and presentations for Tastepoint Russia team and its customers (printed handouts, digital materials…)
- support local commercial team with regular updates on client portfolio changes via retail and online monitoring
- explore and communicate to team on a regular basis insights on changes in the marketplace and retail environment in Russia via store audits to build food and beverage landscape of the market
- interact with design, packing and printing agencies to create branded materials with “wow” effect for internal and external use
- collect and share with a team on a regular basis available data/analytics/researches on Russian food and beverage market

- Ready to travel across Russia (for instance Krasnodar, Ekaterinburg, Saint-Petersburg)
Skills & qualifications:
- Knowledge of consumer marketing gained within food and/or beverage manufacturing environment
- Good in Excel and PowerPoint skills, movie software
- Copyrighting - Ability to write compelling, simple stories for internal and external use to support product and range rationales
- Ability to have an eye for detail, analytical skills
- Experience with social media - curated, scheduled, and posted social media content
- Experience with AI (texts, images)
- Good understanding of omnichannel approach in promotion including digital – is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Marketing or Sales experience, B2C or B2B, in food ingredient industry or FMCG
- Good English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to digest marketing information from numerous sources as well as data sources, create logical arguments and apply it relevantly, to determine direction and future idea focus.
- Can-do attitude, proactive
- Team player – willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others within and outside marketing
