Tax litigation associate - Kazakhstan

ASSOCIATE - TAX LITIGATION TEAM

Requirements:

• Degree in Law from a leading Kazakhstani or foreign university
  (LLM is a plus);
• 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational company or law firm;
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstani and AIFC legislation, including civil, business, and court procedures;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to manage minor projects, including independent; correspondence with clients;
• Self-motivation and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Legal representation of clients in local courts, the AIFC Court, and arbitrations;
• Collaborating with senior and junior colleagues in project teams;
• Drafting legal opinions and other related documents.
