Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of HCP portal/patients portals/App, managing roadmap, sprints and features development; align with content strategy;
  • Analyzing and improving customer engagement with web portal/app, including preferences and HCP, patients’ behavior;
  • Analyzing GA metrics, Customer 360 performance metrics;
  • Leading regular performance review meetings for HCP portal/patients/app; preparing recommendations to improve customer experience and content personalization for MKT, MED;
  • Preparing guidelines for web/app effective usage from CX perspective;
  • Process improvement in content preparation and activation across channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • Being SPOC for web/app portal requests from FF, providing answers via regular digests, Q&A sessions, deployment presentations;
  • Leading pilot projects;
  • Managing vendors, participate in tender processes;
  • Monitoring customer experience trends for HCPs, patients, presenting at CE team meetings.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Economics, Management, Marketing);
  • 3+ years experience in digital functions in a top pharmaceutical company;
  • Strong understanding of Russian pharmaceutical customers with focus on Pharmacists and HCPs;
  • Knowledge of industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives and guidelines, including legal regulations and AIPM;
  • Successful experience of introduction and implementation of new omni-channel / digital practices in a pharmaceutical company;
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
  • High level of leadership, collaboration, client focus and innovation
  • Advanced user of MS Office programs
  • English – Intermediate level
