The Business Development Director / Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth,
expanding market reach, and fostering strategic partnerships within crude oil, petroleum productsproducts, LNG, and LPG trading in Russia. This position requiresa blend of business acumen, industry expertise, and client coverage skills to identify, negotiate, and execute profitable opportunities. You will be based in Moscow.

Обязанности:
New deals structuring.
Full cycle, from origination and execution incl. preliminarily transaction design until completion (legal, financial structuring, settlement, financial planning and modelling as well as coordination of reporting).
Types of deals include (1) strategic transactions i.e. JVs or other forms of long terms business cooperation, (2) flow business trading deals, (3) commodity backed prepayment solutions, (4) M&As.
Financing.
Maintain existing and develop strategic relations with various types of funding providers (banks, private equity, family offices, leading O&G companies, etc.).
Existing JVs.
Maintain and support for ongoing business ventures (financial planning and modelling, strategy design and support with its implementation).
Sourcing of trading volumes.
Support global Trading Team with development of a sourcing strategy mainly focused on the domestic markets in Russia to secure sustainable flow of key products for the Firm (crude oil, petroleum products, LNG, etc.). Contribution to implementation of the sourcing strategy on the ground.
Pipeline of investment projects / M&A opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities which support trading trading, build sales channels and set up presence along the commodity trading value chain to optimize links with core markets
Требования:
•At least 8 years of professional experience acquired in Russian and International Oil & Gas majors, Commodity Trading Firms, any kind of advisory with primary focus on natural resources or Financial Institutions (banks) combined with relevant sector coverage expertise (incl. investment banking background, in-house M&A, etc.).
•Good knowledge of domestic Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals and associated transport infrastructure market in Russia.
•Preferable hands on experience in commodities trading
•University degree in Finance / Economics from leading Russian or international universities.
