Today we open vacancy Market Research Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Organization and control of market research and insight initiatives.
- Active cross-functional interaction with all departments.
- Co-working with Product Managers, identification of information gaps and validation of actionable insights of stakeholders (doctors, patients, pharmacists).
- Communication with market research agencies (briefs, compliance monitoring).
Requirements:
- Higher Education in Sociology, Mathematics, Economic, etc.
- Minimum 2 years experience in market research (client or agency side) or agency – quantitative research.
- Proactive, accurate, stress-resistance.
- Deep understanding of market research methodologies.
- Analytical skills: ability to condense analysis into actionable insights.
- Communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships.
- Intermediate English.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with syndicated data (Data Friend, QlikView) is an advantage.
