About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Odoo ERP Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and developing customized Odoo solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from system development and module creation to process analysis and implementation.
Responsibilities:

Implement automation and digitalization solutions within the Odoo framework

Develop and customize Odoo ERP systems according to client requirements

Design and develop custom modules for the Odoo platform using Python

Create comprehensive documentation for all developed modules

Thoroughly test and debug all developed modules to ensure optimal performance and stability

Conduct needs analysis, design, and implement new business processes within the Odoo environment
Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional experience in Python programming.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo and Django CRM systems.

Strong understanding of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) concepts, preferably with experience using Django ORM or SQLAlchemy

Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management systems

Experience working with Python web frameworks, with a strong preference for Odoo

Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS fundamentals

Proven experience working with Git for version control

Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive learning attitude, and excellent organizational abilities

Excellent written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
