Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Work with our entire product range, providing exceptional service to existing and new customers within our CRM tool: technical support, how-to questions, assistance with payments, invoices and refunds

  • Respond to customers within the defined timeframes (<2 hours)

  • Collaborate with our development team to resolve new issues

  • Help maintain our knowledge base

  • Work late hours, covering at least a few hours after 20:00 Moscow Time

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Intercom) and support software

  • Experience with troubleshooting Google office products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Google Chrome extensions, APIs

  • Good written and oral English skills (B2 and above)

  • Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary: Up to 1000 USDC (ERC-20) per month
