Contract Specialist / Специалист по договорной работе

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Admissions Department at Heritage International School (Sokolniki campus).

Duties:

• Ensuring smooth contract documents process (creation, negotiation, signature);
• Storing documents carefully;
• Working in AMO CRM database;
• Pre- or post-signature concerns (analytics, digital integration);
• Communicating with clients re potential delays in payment.

Key requirements:

• University degree;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian;
• Ability to work well under pressure respecting deadlines;
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics;
• Systematic approach to problems solving;
• Pro-active attitude and work commitment.
