Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management Finance department, responsible for processing all accounting related tasks.

  • Responsible for supporting the accounting procedures of the company and making recommendations to process changes as needed. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year-end close process and make process change recommendations as needed.

  • Support tax filings to including federal, state, and property tax. Work with 3rd party tax advisory firm to complete Tax audits.

  • Produce, update and provide best practice support on documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a finance/accounting specialist/staff
  • SAP(FI/TR/CO) system user
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Ability to multi-task and work to meet deadlines

Work conditions:

  • This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 08:00–17:00
