Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management Finance department, responsible for processing all accounting related tasks.

Responsible for supporting the accounting procedures of the company and making recommendations to process changes as needed. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year-end close process and make process change recommendations as needed.

Support tax filings to including federal, state, and property tax. Work with 3rd party tax advisory firm to complete Tax audits.

Produce, update and provide best practice support on documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a finance/accounting specialist/staff
- SAP(FI/TR/CO) system user
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to multi-task and work to meet deadlines
Work conditions:
- This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 08:00–17:00
- Work location is Kokozek
