We are looking for an Financial Manager for our Finance Department!

Responsibilities:

  • Execute publisher payments and resolve any related issues promptly.
  • Process refunds following internal procedures.
  • Oversee account balances to ensure sufficient funds are available for payouts.
  • Handle technical tasks related to onboarding (e.g., API setups) and Business Process (BP) related tasks.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate implementation of compliance policies.
  • Identify and report potential risks or internal control issues, working closely with Accounting, Legal, and IT teams to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor relevant communication channels, prioritizing and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Monitor assigned emails and escalate issues when required.
  • Approve earning verifications in line with month-end closure procedures and deadlines.
  • Reconcile accounts and statements in accordance with month-end processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information as needed.
  • Regular Reporting:
  • Compile data from relevant sources and format reports according to organizational standards.
  • Review and submit reports before deadlines.
  • Assist with report generation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing payouts and financial operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong command of written and spoken English Qualities:
  • Analytical mindset for complex financial data analysis
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail and desire to delve deeper into data
  • Effective time management and deadline adherence Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
