We are looking for a Senior category manager with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. One who can maximize consumer appeal through pricing, promotion, and product range management.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THIS ROLE :

• Prepare and follow buying budget for the season based on the category’s strategic development
• Prepare seasonal input of market industry trends, needs and needed collection structure for HQ
• Collaborate with HQ to build the most effective product range to support market’s needs
• Prepare seasonal buying for the Category: range selection and SKU level buying, including distribution segmentation
• Create and manage DTC stores product matrixes
• Prepare pricing strategy and SKU level RRP for the Category based on competitive analysis, market state and financial targets;
• Ensure efficient in-season trading management (incl. pricing management) and stock management across sales channels to deliver on NS & CM targets for category
• Prepare and present on wholesale sell-in sessions & internally

MAIN SKILLS AND COMPENETCIES:

• University degree in Category Management, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
• At least 4 years professional experience in Category Management or Buying
• English at upper-intermediate or advanced level
• Strong knowledge of fashion market & trends
• Strong analytical experience and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Must be ready to go on short business trips
