Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with purchasing and sales managers.
• Process incoming requests efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with suppliers to manage and process requests.
• Monitor the timely execution of requests.
• Prepare reports on work completed and evaluate its effectiveness.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Advanced (С1) level or higher (all supplier communication is in English).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
• Higher education.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Terms and Conditions:

• Internship Period: The first three months will be a paid internship (стажировка), during which we will provide indoor coaching and mentoring to help you adapt and excel in your role. Successful candidates completing the internship will secure a permanent position.
• Five-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
