An opportunity has become available within the Procurement Team as Country Procurement Support for Eastern Europe reporting to the EE Procurement Team Leader.This is an excellent opportunity for highly-motivated candidates to develop further their existing skills and experience within the EE Procurement Team.
As a Country Procurement Support you will be working closely with Procurement Managers and Procurement Operations Team to deliver Procurement Activities in a compliant and efficient way.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain close, co-operative relationships with key business partners enabling the efficient and compliant delivery of key transactional activities.
- Manage interactions between K-C suppliers and our internal business partners to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis.
- Support Contract Management activities for existing and new contracts across key categories of spend to ensure we operate in a controlled and compliant way.
- Manage the procurement of low value goods and services across MRO spend areas, including consumables.
- Support Quality Claims management activities for both Direct and MRO.
- Support the collection of Custom documentation for MRO and Testing /Trial activities (direct materials).
- Support the management of MRO vendor set up activities.
- Manage freight conditions on imported MRO items and raw materials.
- Support the creation and management of Logistics POs.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing activities and processes in collaboration with Procurement Operations and Stakeholders.
- Ensure that internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner.
- Prepare and maintain Standard Works and SOPs with relevant controls and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Procurement experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Fluent in Russian & also competent in English (at least Intermediate level of English both spoken&written)
