Our client, international pharmaceutical company, is looking for Omnichannel Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead the campaign management process for Business Units (BUs), overseeing the development and execution of automated omnichannel campaigns. Ensure campaigns are aligned with the omnichannel strategy and business needs.
- Digital Collaboration: Collaborate with Analytics and Digital teams as well as global owners of platforms to develop campaign tagging systems and align with global standards.
- Channel Launch and Optimization: Play an active role in developing Pull channels (Messengers). Lead pilot solutions to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Business Partnership: Serve as a business partner to BUs, identifying their needs and objectives. Propose and guide them on channel selection, prioritization, and usage.
- Events management: Play an active role in Veeva E&C integration with local portal, defining requirements and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Call-center management: Lead pull acquisition of e-consents stream, including external provider, solution and data management and necessary development implementation.
- Data and Analytics: Support the rollout of local tagging and alignment with Global Standards.
- Omnichannel Consultancy: Provide omnichannel marketing consultancy and advisory services to BU teams, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with global digital marketing standards.
- Technical Implementation: Collaborate with Digital, Analytics, and development teams to implement necessary improvements for global solutions.
- Budget Management: Conduct initial budget calculations based on business priorities and available resources.
- Team Management: Oversee and coach project managers, managing external vendors and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global teams to share experiences and position the Eurasia digital operations at a high level.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to internal content development procedures, Pharmacovigilance and Quality requirements, advertising laws, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Higher education, preferably in Marketing
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in digital and marketing, with a focus on delivering communication messages through integrated, omnichannel marketing platforms. Proven experience in marketing automation, triggered campaigns, and CRM platform implementation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, basic HTML, and CRM marketing systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical problems related to products and the strategy for medicine promotion.
- Ability to determine the effectiveness of personalized communications in different channels.
