We are NuqLab, an EdTech startup based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering a 6-month online data analytics bootcamp designed for adult learners.
Our key unique selling points include international instructors, three levels of comprehensive student support, a high-quality curriculum, and a robust career center that guarantees employment. In addition, we foster a professional community around our course.
We are currently building a strong sales team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can effectively engage with leads and close deals.
Our immediate goals are to achieve a stable monthly revenue of $30–50k in Saudi Arabia and then expand into other Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales Funnel:

Handle incoming inquiries and initiate contact with potential students via messaging platforms.

Arrange and conduct phone or video calls to present the program and finalize enrollments.

Continuously refine each interaction to improve conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.
Communication with an International Audience:

Work with prospective students from GCC countries.

Adapt communication style to accommodate cultural nuances and linguistic preferences.
CRM & Analytics:

Input lead, deal, and communication data into AMO CRM.

Track key metrics (conversion rate, average ticket size), analyze results, and suggest improvements to drive sales growth.
Product Feedback:

Gather insights from clients and share them with the marketing and product teams to enhance the online data analytics bootcamp and increase its overall value.
High-Quality Service:

Maintain a superior customer experience, helping potential students understand the true value of our program instead of simply “making a sale.”
Who We Are Looking For:

Experience in Adult EdTech: Proven track record in selling online courses to adult learners is a must. Ideally, you have experience with data analytics courses or related technical fields.

International Focus: Previous experience working with clients in Arabic-speaking countries, understanding their mindset and needs, is a strong plus.

High Level of English: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required for communicating effectively with students from various countries. Knowledge of GCC Arabic is an advantage.

CRM Skills: Familiarity with AMO CRM or similar systems and the ability to interpret sales funnel data.

Personal Qualities: Flexibility, proactivity, goal orientation, and the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
